Delivery and Returns



All Items are sent to order direct from our supplier in Asia by registered airmail post.All items will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.

Shipping price is a fixed standard.World wide shipping price £6.00 for the first item and £4.50 for each additional item.

Siamsoccersports.com reserves the right to split up orders and ship them in the manner it deems most appropriate.

Delivery time is on average 10-14 days but can be up to 25 days. Please only contact regarding delayed delivery's 21 days or more after payment date , there is nothing we can do before this time.If your order has not arrived after 25 days we will contact the local post office to track the parcel.

If you receive your item and you are not satisfied with it you may return the item to us at to our UK office to receive a replacement item or Refund.

The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the product return.

If you wish to return a product you should email us first.

Please read the return conditions:

1. You must contact us with your request that you wish to return the item within 30 days of payment or 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. The goods should be returned in as new condition. We won't accept for exchange/refund:

Any item returned at more than 30 days from payment or 48 hours of receiving the item.
Any item that has been worn, washed or tags removed
Any item that has stains, food or other sustain on it.

Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and neither we can return the items to you.

3. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested size, bad type on the shirt etc .. we WILL REFUND shipping costs and replace the item at our expense.


All refunds are made via payment method used by the customer


We do our best to keep in stock every kit displayed on the site however, sometimes certain models and sizes are hard to get. In those rare cases we'll act this way:
1st: Contact you after 5 days to offer an exchange for different model or size.
2nd: If we think it is likely that the item will be available shortly you can request to wait
3rd:Alternatively we will be happy to refund full amount paid.

Items lost in mail

If an item is lost in the mail we will need to track the parcel , All items are sent registered so losses are rare but if we ascertain that the parcel has been lost we will resend the item at our own expense.
